Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use One Wish. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate and current information during registration.

You must notify us immediately at onewishsupport@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of the text you submit as wishes. By publishing a wish, you grant One Wish a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and present your wish content within the service as part of the shared galaxy experience.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.

You may not use One Wish to distribute spam, malware, phishing schemes, or any form of unsolicited commercial communication. Automated access, scraping, or bulk submission is prohibited without prior written consent.

Premium wish packs are one-time purchases processed securely by Stripe. Credits are delivered to your account after successful payment verification and can be used at any time to publish premium wishes.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

Purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been granted to your account. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving purchased credits, contact onewishsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for resolution.

The One Wish service, including its design, code, visual identity, galaxy rendering, animations, and all related assets, is the property of One Wish and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the One Wish name, logo, or branding without prior written permission. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used without obligation to you.

One Wish is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We are not responsible for any content submitted by users or for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information displayed in the galaxy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One Wish and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to One Wish in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Wish and its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim and cooperate with your defense at your expense.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting onewishsupport@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts in the jurisdiction where One Wish operates, at our election. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or through a notice within the service.

Your continued use of One Wish after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the service and contact support for account closure.
